WTVOX – Precautionary Measures
1. Implemented A Global WFH Policy.
To support the safety and health of all WTVOX team members, we’ve mandated a global ‘work from home’ policy until further notice.
Being a digitally-enabled company, we have set all team members up with relevant technology and resources required to continue delivering world-class services, from the safety of their homes.
2. Postponed All Travels & Moved To Video Conferencing.
We postponed all business travels and moved all scheduled ‘in-person’ meetings to video conferencing, until further notice.
We’ve requested all WTVOX employees to postpone any non-emergency personal trips.
Also, have asked them to avoid attending any social events, until further notice.
3. Activated The Resource Redundancy Plan.
We have reviewed, updated, and launched our resource redundancy plan.
In the unlikely event that one of our team members becomes ill, each WTVOX employee is tied to a primary, secondary, and tertiary backup resource.
All delegates are briefed on a daily basis on account status and existing timelines.
4. Deployed A Crisis Management Team.
We have deployed a crisis management team full-on.
The team’s main role is to keep a close eye on regional, national, and global recommendations and policies.
The CMT is in constant communications with industry leaders and political representatives to facilitate immediate responsiveness, as the COVID-19 global situation develops.

Right now we are operating at full capacity, with no interruption to our services.
We will continue to remain proactive in our situation management, prioritise our accountability to you – our customers and partners – and commitment to exceeding our company goals.
