Code of Conduct

The following article highlights the core elements of WTVOX Code of Conduct.

Free of Discrimination/Harassment Guidelines:

All projects undertaken by WTVOX are to be performed in the most professional manner, free of any form of discrimination or harassment. Every individual working with/or for WTVOX is to be treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Any inappropriate conduct including or related but not limited to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural background, skin colour, body weight, height and shape, religious views, ancestry, age, marital status, disabilities or any other forms of self-expression will not be tolerated.

Partners' Guideline:

WTVOX expects all of its partners and third parties to be straightforward in their communications towards equal-employment opportunities and strict anti-harassment policies at work. In some instances, WTVOX might request copies of such policies.

Shooting Guidelines:

All video, photos, and shooting sessions for WTVOX are to be performed only by authorised professionals and only in pre-approved environments. Disrespectful and/or inappropriate conduct toward participants, including or related but not limited to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural background, skin colour, body weight, height and shape, religious views, ancestry, age, marital status, disabilities or any other forms of self-expression will not be tolerated.

Modelling Guidelines:

All models shooting for WTVOX must be at least 18 years old. All work performed during a photo or video shoot must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to wage and hour, immigration and labour.

In a situation of special shooting sessions with under 18 subjects, the providing modelling agency must ensure full compliance with any applicable, local, and child labour laws. Private dressing spaces will be made available to everyone appearing in WTVOX shooting sessions.

WTVOX strictly prohibits – irrespective of the subject’s age – the consumption of illegal drugs and alcohol on the premises of a shoot. All subjects participating in the photo-shoot must arrive and remain free of the influence of illegal drugs, and/or alcohol while on the shoot premises.

Creativity & Aesthetic Guidelines:

While WTVOX maintains strict control over the brand’s image, aesthetic, and creative decisions, any concerns of any participating subject, their agent or any other third parties involved will be given the utmost consideration, such as the amount of skin exposure, etc. Under no circumstances, the participating subject should be forced to expose more than they feel comfortable.

Shooting Guidelines:

Irrespective of their sex/age, no models should be left alone with a photographer, make-up artist, or any other 3rd parties co-operating in WTVOX shooting sessions. Photographers and videographers are not allowed to shoot any participating members, other than as previously requested by WTVOX. All participants in a photo or video shoot must act professionally and refrain from harassment of any kind.

Unacceptable conduct that will not be tolerated include but is not limited to the following:

Offensive comments, slurs, and/or epithets including or related to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural background, skin colour, body weight, height and shape, religious views, ancestry, age, marital status, disabilities or any other forms of self-expression.

Any form of physical threats and/or assaults.

Use and display of obscene and/or pornographic material.

Any advances, propositions, contact, or activities related to sex.

Any suggestion, direct or implied, that submission to or rejection of sexual advances will affect an individual’s ability to perform services for the shoot or any other WTVOX project.

All concerns regarding any kind of inappropriate conduct occurring during the photo shoot must be reported to WTVOX representative immediately. The contact details are on the call sheet provided and/or posted on-set.
